I grew up in Canmore, Alberta and moved to Abbotsford in 2010 after completing my undergraduate training in Calgary and have called this beautiful city home ever since.

In medical school, I was sure orthopedics was my calling...until I delivered my first baby during my third year. From that moment onward, I knew obstetrics would be a large part of my focus.

I love maternity care for so many reasons. I feel extremely privileged to be part of people's birth story, and never tire of the tears and shouts of joys when a baby safely delivers. 

When I am not delivering babies or other related work, I can be found enjoying time with my hubby, and two spunky daughters. We love the outdoors and take every opportunity to enjoy camping, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, surfing and so on. I absolutely love what I do and am so fortunate to do it with the full support of my family behind me!
